                            Appointment of Director


Westcity is pleased to announce the appointment on 20 November 2007 of Michael
Tannenbaum to the board of the Company. On the board, Michael will continue in
his role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Westcity.

Michael, aged 48, was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of
Westcity on 27 July 2006. A Chartered Accountant, he joined the Westcity
Property Group in 1990 from Capital & Counties. Prior to that, he was Group
Manager at Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte) where he was responsible for audit,
consultancy and investigatory work. The board of Westcity believe Michael has
fostered strong relationships with fund providers and the finance sector during
his time in the industry.
