Directorate changes

Westcity plc (the "Company") today announces changes to the Board structure with
immediate effect. These changes will ensure continuity of leadership and
streamline the company's management team to maximise its potential.

Mr Rex Wood-Ward has decided to step down as executive chairman and is returning
to live in Australia, but will remain on the Board as a non-executive director.

Mr Ira Rapp has subsequently been appointed executive chairman.

The Board takes this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr Wood-Ward for
his contribution in transforming the company over the past 5 years and looks
forward to benefiting from his experience in his new non-executive role on the
board.
