                                Board Appointment 
 
 
The Directors of Yinggao Holdings PLC (AIM: YGH.L) are pleased to announce the 
appointment of Miss Yuet Ming Jessica Chun ("Jessica"), aged 23 years, to the 
Board of the Company as Executive Director with immediate effect. 
 
Miss Chun who gained a degree in Mathematical Sciences and Economics, also has 
board appointments with the Company's subsidiaries, Yinggao Shipping Ltd and 
Yinggao Shipping (HK) Ltd and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 
 
Commenting on the new appointment, Angela Leung, Executive Director said: 
 
"We are delighted to welcome Jessica Chun to the Company and feel that her 
appointment will benefit our operations as we continue to grow the business and 
create value for shareholders". 
 
Miss Chun is a beneficiary of the Chin Dynasty Fund which controls the Chin 
Dynasty Foundation Limited, the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company.
