Zyzygy plc ("the Company")

The directors of Zyzygy Plc wish to announce that the proposed flotation of
Company's investee company, MarineTrack Ltd ("MarineTrack"), is progressing.
However, some slippage in the proposed timetable, in addition to annual leave
for several of the involved parties during August, has resulted in a delay of
approximately 4 to 5 weeks. Consequently, the directors wish to advise that
admission is now expected to take place in early to mid September.
