    ('Zeehan Zinc' or the 'Company')

    Trading Update


    Further to the announcement of 18 July 2008, Zeehan Zinc announces that the Company has ceased drilling on its Comstock and Oceana
properties. The Board has decided to tailor its exploration plan to focus primarily on the discovery of nickel and will concentrate on
exploration rather than mining. The Company's gravity and processing plant has been shutdown.

    The Board is pleased to confirm that GBP 380,000 of the remaining GBP 1,100,000 due under the Convertible Note Agreement (announced on
12 December 2007) has been received from the Creat Group. These funds will support the Company's working capital requirements, together with
the remaining funds due under the Convertible Note Agreement, which Creat Group has undertaken to pay before the end of October 2008.
