ADP®, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and benefits administration services, received two national honors this month which recognize ADP's commitment to an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Working Mother magazine named ADP to its 2009 "100 Best Companies" list. ADP also received a 100 percent survey rating from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2010 Corporate Equality Index, distinguishing the company as one of the Best Places to Work for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees.

ADP was selected by Working Mother in the magazine's 2009 annual 100 Best Companies list for its dedication to family-friendly benefits -- specifically ADP's commitment to work-life balance, retention, and corporate equality. Now in its 24th year, the 100 Best Companies program draws attention to the significant contributions of working mothers and to the companies that recognize the importance of these essential members of the workforce. This is the first time ADP has received this honor.

ADP is also proud to be recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF), the nation's largest LGBT civil rights organization. This year, ADP received a 100 percent rating in the HRCF's 2010 Corporate Equality Index, an improvement from last year's 95 percent result. The 2010 Index recognizes that ADP has a diverse workforce that includes associates regardless of employees' sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.

Since 2002, the Foundation's Corporate Equality Index has provided major U.S. businesses with a roadmap for establishing and maintaining inclusive workplaces for LGBT employees, and has quickly become the premier benchmark for employers to gauge their success on this issue.

"It is an honor for ADP to be recognized by two organizations that understand the importance of a supportive work environment for employees," said Benito Cachinero, ADP's Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. "At ADP, we are committed to the premise that all employees must be treated fairly in the workplace. Being honored by Working Mother magazine and the Human Rights Campaign Foundation echoes the commitment we make to all of our employees each day -- to offer a work environment that is productive to their development, growth, and well-being."

Profiles of the 100 Best Companies, as well as national comparisons, are in the October issue of Working Mother and at workingmother.com. The 2010 Corporate Equality Index report is available at www.hrc.org/cei.
