ADP Dealer Services’ Satisfaction at All-Time High

The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ADP) today announced the results of a commissioned
independent survey completed by Forrester Consulting. The survey’s
annual results indicate that ADP client satisfaction is at an all
time high. The survey shows that on average over the past
12-months, client satisfaction with ADP’s products and services has
risen 15% since 2003—when Forrester began conducting the
survey.

Consulting has conducted this survey, ADP has shown continued
improvements in how our Clients evaluate our products and services.
We utilize these results to make ongoing improvements in our
products, services and training offerings,” said Bill Heffern, Vice

Key Statistics from the Survey Include:
- 87 percent of ADP’s clients
reported being satisfied with ADP’s Products & Services
- 88 percent of ADP’s clients
reported being satisfied with Customer Service
- 83 percent of ADP client said
they would likely recommend ADP to other Dealerships
Forrester methodology significantly improved versus recent
survey
Forrester Consulting surveys over 350 unique ADP dealerships
each month from all regions in the United States and Canada. The
survey includes dealerships of all sizes and manufacturer types,
including heavy truck. As a result, more than 40 percent of ADP’s
North American client base is surveyed each year with a margin of
error of less than 1%.
Over the past 6 years Forrester has completed over 20,000
individual surveys with ADP Dealer Services clients (over 3,600
during the past year alone). These results clearly represent a
comprehensive and statistically sound methodology that accurately
assesses the views of the customer base.
