ADP ®, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits
administration services, received new honor for its commitment to
creating an inclusive workplace.
Recently acknowledged as one of FORTUNE magazine's World's Most
Admired Companies and as one of the 2010 DiversityInc Top 50
Companies for Diversity ®, ADP is now also named among Diversity
MBA Magazine's 2010 Top 50 Companies for Diverse Managers to
Work.
"This recognition of ADP's commitment to creating an environment
in which professionals of diverse backgrounds all feel welcome
validates our company's belief that true diversity makes us
stronger, more innovative and improves business results," said Gary
Butler, President and CEO of ADP. "Our commitment to diversity and
inclusion is critical to our company's success and we are gratified
that our diverse work environment is recognized as a best place to
work."
The Diversity MBA Magazine award is the third such honor for ADP
in the past two months.
ADP, which has a history of diversity, last year was recognized
by:
- Working Mother in the magazine's 2009 annual 100 Best Companies
list for its dedication to family-friendly benefits.
- DiversityInc magazine, which listed ADP among its "25
Noteworthy Companies" for its strength in four areas including CEO
Commitment, Human Capital, Corporate and Organizational
Communications and Supplier Diversity.
- The Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2010 Corporate Equality
Index, distinguishing ADP as one of the Best Places to Work for
lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) employees.
"At ADP, we think of diversity as multidimensional and not just
as workforce demographics," said Benito Cachinero, ADP's Corporate
Vice President of Human Resources. "Our focus on people and
inclusion helps us to better serve clients in the continually
evolving business environment."
