An expansion of ADP's current scholarship program, the Henry
Taub Scholars is open to ADP associate family members who are
pursuing an undergraduate college education and awards up to
$20,000 in annual financial
assistance for tuition and books. The 2012 Henry Taub
Scholars are Anar Bata (Brea, CA),
Mollie Berkowitz (Jenkintown, PA), Michael Mungiello (Livingston, NJ), Rohan
Rastogi (Irvine, CA) and
Karina Chornenka (Woodbridge, Ontario,
Canada).
"Henry Taub strongly believed
education unlocked the doors to success," said Carlos A. Rodriguez, president and chief
executive officer of ADP. "The establishment of the Henry Taub
Scholars program clearly honors Henry's unwavering view that
learning empowers people, and seeks to instill this belief to five
deserving children from our family of ADP associates
worldwide."
ADP enlisted the services of International Scholarship and
Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS) to identify the five Henry Taub
Scholar finalists based on a range of criteria including: academic
achievements, extracurricular activities and community involvement,
leadership roles, and an essay. The Henry Taub Scholars is a new
addition to ADP's broader, ongoing scholarship program through the
ADP Foundation, which has provided millions of dollars in
scholarships to hundreds of children of ADP associates over the
last 40 years.
"The ADP Foundation works to help enhance lives, and one of the
most important focal points involves assisting the children of our
