ROSELAND, N.J., Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ADP®, a
leading global provider of human capital management (HCM)
solutions, hosted human resource industry thought leader
Naomi Bloom and futurethink CEO
Lisa Bodell at its annual Executive
Women in Leadership (WIL) conference today in Basking Ridge, N.J.
More than 100 senior-level women executives from across ADP's
global organization gathered for this annual two-day WIL
conference. Founded more than decade ago as a grassroots
organization of senior executive women at ADP, WIL promotes
leadership and career advancement opportunities for women. In
the U.S. more than half of ADP associates are women and more than
40% are managers.
"Championing women in the workplace and preparing the next
generation of women leaders for success are core goals of ADP's
Executive Women in Leadership group," said Pam Durkin, division vice president, general
manager and chairwoman of ADP's WIL group. "Our annual WIL
conference gives ADP senior executives a chance to learn from
leading women in business both inside and outside the company."
Featured speakers include:
- Naomi Bloom, Managing
Partner, Bloom & Wallace: Naomi is a renowned
consultant, analyst, thought leader and independent voice
throughout the human resource management (HRM) industry. She
specializes in the application of HR technology and innovative
service delivery models to achieve breakthroughs in business

solo consultancy she founded in 1987, Naomi also is a frequent
speaker and author.
- Lisa Bodell, CEO,
futurethink: A leading innovation expert and futurist,

the otherwise complicated topic of innovation. She also

"Insights from high-performing colleagues, mentors and industry
visionaries helped propel my career forward, so I'm passionate
about sharing 'great learnings' with aspiring women executives and
entrepreneurs," said Naomi Bloom,
Managing Partner, Bloom & Wallace. "My ADP WIL session
addresses why I believe the HCM industry is heading into a
'discontinuous future,' and the impact this could have on
women executives' careers, companies and communities."
"One common attribute of successful companies – regardless of
size – is a sharp focus on mentoring and developing future business
leaders," said Regina Lee,

just one example of ADP's investment in growing top talent through
networking and educational opportunities to help advance
careers."
