New end-user features added to ADP
GlobalView© HCM and iHCM©
enable employees in multinational
businesses to better manage their own benefits,
HR, talent, time and payroll
When you are a multinational company, managing HR and payroll
systems around the world can be a huge burden. Wouldn't it be
better to have a comprehensive global solution to help overcome the
hurdles of managing across borders? ADP GlobalView© HCM and ADP
iHCM© solutions do just that, integrating payroll, HR, talent,
time, and benefits. ADP ©has updated these offerings with new
capabilities that put control into the hands of employees and help
to improve employee engagement.
ADP GlobalView's new myView portal offers a more
personalised and tailored experience for employees by empowering
them and encouraging self-service. Designed with a mobile-first
mind-set, the myView portal delivers a dashboard-like experience
enabling administrators to configure news, links, branding, alerts
and notifications for different types of users across an
organization. The myPay feature within the portal delivers an
engaging and interactive pay experience that helps employees easily
understand the complex, and sometimes variable components of their
payslip. Features include in-context help, the ability to compare
payslips from different periods, and the option to view their
overtime pay to see how deductions and pay changes have affected
their compensation.
New innovative capabilities in ADP iHCM focus on improving the
employee journey from the first day at work through their first
performance review discussion, and beyond. This solution available
in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and soon launching in
Italy now offers onboarding
capabilities, enabling employers to track the end-to-end
recruitment process from start to finish. This gives employees and
managers complete visibility of, and simplified access to,
professional development activity.
"We have extended the user experience of our global HCM
solutions, ADP GlobalView HCM and iHCM, to deliver end users a more
flexible, manageable infrastructure that supports their evolving HR
and payroll needs," said Don
McGuire, president of ADP EMEA. "By focusing on the employee
experience, we are helping our clients increase employee engagement
and self-service. We are constantly innovating and renewing our
solutions, demonstrating our commitment to clients globally by
offering them comprehensive capabilities and local expertise."
