Pitney Bowes Business Insight Announces Global Reseller Agreement with ClickSoftware

Pitney Bowes Business Insight (PBBI), the leading global

that they have entered into a global reseller agreement.
Pitney Bowes Business Insight will resell ClickSoftware’s
Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services (ClickIMRS), a
pre-configured order management, scheduling and reporting package,
to help mid-sized service organizations more effectively manage
their service workforce while enhancing communications with their
customers.
Under the reseller agreement, ClickIMRS users will gain access
to Pitney Bowes Business Insight’s Customer Data Quality (CDQ) and
Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, providing the
most cost effective way to enhance the quality and accuracy of the
data being integrated into ClickIMRS. CDQ solutions enable
organizations to ensure the accuracy of customer addresses,
automatically identify errors and make quick corrections.
Additionally, quality CCM solutions improve customer service by
providing the information customers need to make the best delivery
choices, fast cost-effective delivery methods and improved shipment
tracking.
