Information Security Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPBY) ("CIST" or the

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jianghuai Lin, was
elected as deputy chairman of the China Overseas Listed
Corporations Association (COLCA).
COLCA is a non-profit organization whose members are Chinese
corporations that are listed or intend to list on overseas
exchanges, such as NASDAQ, AMEX, NYSE, HKE, AIM, and others. COLCA
is committed to: Promoting business co- operation between members,
exchanging ideas with relevant institutions and organizations,
reducing financing costs and expenses for listed companies,
enhancing investor confidence in member companies, providing
special service programs to members, voicing member suggestions to
government authorities, protecting legal interests on overseas
stock markets, raising awareness of Chinese corporations listed
overseas, contributing to the overseas investment activities of
Chinese corporations, and complying with laws and regulations of
the People's Republic of China and

During the conference, which was held in Beijing and was jointly sponsored by more than
40 Chinese corporations, members granted unanimous approval to the
Articles of Association of COLCA and elected the first 19-member
council. Mr. Xianzhang Wang was
elected as the chairman of COLCA during the council's first 3-year
session. Mr. Wang is the dean of the Insurance Academy of China
Central University of Finance and Economics, the former chairman of
China Insurance association, and the former Chairman and CEO of
China Life Insurance Company Limited.
