This year's theme is based on the well-known Chinese legend "10 Brothers", whereby each brother has a unique talent but discover that they must unite in order to overcome a Big Hairy Audacious challenge. Likewise, at City Telecom, we believe that we can achieve much more together as 3,000 plus Talents in unity than as individuals.

Whilst there is no perfect corporate culture, our culture is intentionally unique to us. If you are passionate about life, competitive by nature, enjoy "crushing the competitors" and want to create a positive legacy that your children will be proud of, then we are a great company to join. If you want a 9.00am - 6.00pm job and worry about falling into the bottom 5% of performers that we terminate every year, then we are a horrible company to join.
