As previously disclosed, on October 17, 2022, European Biotech Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company
(EBAC), entered into a Business Combination Agreement (as it may be amended and/or restated from time to time, the Business Combination Agreement) with Oculis SA, a public limited liability company
(société anonyme) incorporated and existing under the laws of Switzerland (Oculis).
In connection
with the proposed business combination, EBAC and Oculis will host a joint analyst day on December 14, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the Analyst Day).
A copy of the materials that EBAC and Oculis to be presented at the Analyst Day is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein
by reference.
