Foster Wheeler AG (Nasdaq: FWLT) announced today that Foster
Wheeler South Africa (Pty) Limited (FWSA), a subsidiary of its
Global Engineering and Construction Group, has received its fifth
consecutive NOSCAR award in recognition of FWSA’s occupational risk
management system and occupational health and safety performance.
The prestigious award was presented on 11 September 2014 at a
special ceremony hosted by NOSA, in the Drakensberg, South
Africa.
The NOSCAR award recognizes organizations that continuously
commit to providing safe and healthy work environments for
employees and is the highest rating in the NOSA system. FWSA’s
total score for the 2013 audit, which forms the basis of its fifth
consecutive NOSCAR award, was 96.08%, even better than its 2012
award-winning score.
