Effective October 2, 2024, Erin Mannix, Chief Accounting Officer of GitLab Inc. (the “Company”) is taking a temporary leave of absence due to medical reasons. In connection with Ms. Mannix’s leave of absence, effective October 2, 2024, Brian Robins, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, assumed the additional role of Interim Chief Accounting Officer. For biographical information with respect to Mr. Robins, see the information under the heading, “Executive Officers” in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2024, which information is incorporated herein by reference.
