Homeowners Choice, Inc. (Nasdaq:HCII), a leading provider of homeowners' insurance, today announced that its executives will visit the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate the company's transfer of its common stock listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market to the New York Stock Exchange.

Homeowners Choice, Inc. common shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thurs., Oct. 25, 2012 under the new ticker symbol "HCI."  In honor of the occasion, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paresh Patel, joined by members of the company's management and board, will ring the New York Stock Exchange closing bell.
