Hardinge Inc. (Nasdaq:HDNG), a leading international provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions and accessories, announced today that it will release its first quarter 2014 financial results before the opening of financial markets on Thursday, May 8, 2014.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast to review the financial and operating results for the quarter, as well as the Company's strategy and outlook. A question and answer session will follow.
