(NASDAQ: ICTS), today reported that on July 19, 2006 the Company received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that it was delisting the securities of the Company because the Company had not filed it's annual report on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2005 as required by Marketplace Rule 4320(e)(12). The Company intends to notify the staff of the Nasdaq Stock Market that it was appealing the staff's determination to a Listings Qualification Panel. The Nasdaq Stock Market will notify the Company when a hearing on the Company's appeal will be held.
