Intrusion Inc. Director Acquires 500,000 Shares of Stock RICHARDSON, Texas, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Intrusion Inc. , ("Intrusion") today announced that James F. Gero, a director of Intrusion, acquired 500,000 shares of Intrusion common stock in a private transaction at a price of $0.57 per share, based on information provided by Mr. Gero in his Form 4 filed with the SEC on February 5, 2004. As a result of the purchase, Mr. Gero holds a total of 758,450 shares of Intrusion common stock, representing approximately 3.67% of the outstanding shares of common stock of Intrusion as of February 9, 2004. In addition, Science Applications International Corp. ("SAIC") filed a Form 4 with the SEC on February 6, 2004, reporting that it had disposed of 1,849,352 shares of Intrusion's common stock.
