MCCC Mediacom Communications Corp. (MM)

(NASDAQ: MCCC) in connection with the planned acquisition of the company by Rocco Commisso, Mediacom’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and controlling shareholder. The lawsuit, entitled Pease v.
