Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  The total amount of securities beneficially owned include restricted stock awards issued under the 2008 Molex Stock Incentive Plan that vests in 25% annual increments on the anniversary of the award commencing one year after the award are represented in this total as follows: 1,500 shares outstanding from a grant awarded on October 1, 2010; 2,400 shares outstanding from a grant awarded on October 3, 2011 and 3,200 shares outstanding from a grant awarded on October 1, 2012.
( 2)  Option granted under the 2008 Molex Stock Incentive Plan that vests ratably over four years commencing on the first anniversary of the grant date and expires on the tenth anniversary of the grant date.
( 3)  Option granted under the 2008 Molex Incentive Stock Option Plan that vests 100% on the sixth anniversary of the grant date and expires on the seventh anniversary of the grant date.
