(NASDAQ National Market: NHHC), a provider of home health care and staffing services in the Northeast, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of $.075 per share on its Common Stock, payable on November 4, 2005 to holders of record of its outstanding common stock on October 18, 2005. The Company's Board of Directors has extended its program to repurchase its Common Stock for an additional year. Purchases of up to $3,000,000 of stock may be made from time to time in the open market and through privately-negotiated transactions, subject to general market and other conditions.
