Pamela R. Knecht to Serve as Governance Advisor SAN DIEGO, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Governance Institute is expanding its roster of Governance Advisors. Pamela R. Knecht will join our three long- time Governance Advisors, Barry Bader, Edward Kazemek, and Roger Witalis. The Governance Advisors provide member hospitals with consulting services to optimize board performance and overall organizational performance. While there, she will also serve as the Advisor in Residence, a service offered to conference attendees to increase access to the Governance Advisors.
