manufacturing industry last week at the TPCA show in Taiwan.
The new products introduced are the new Fusion™ Series Automated
Optical Inspection (“AOI”) system and Sprint™-100 inkjet legend
printer. Also introduced were the latest models in the Company’s
field-proven product lines including: Paragon™-9800,
Paragon™-Xpress 9 with seamless automation and Paragon™-Ultra 200
laser direct imaging (LDI) systems, Discovery™-9000 AOI system,
PerFix™ Automated Optical Repair (AOR) system with Universal Access
capabilities and InCAM™, the comprehensive, high-precision
computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system for HDI and IC substrates
developed by Frontline PCB Solutions.
