At Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Mr. Andersen is responsible for building the Bank’s wealth, lending and deposit business while servicing commercial businesses in the Northern New Jersey area.  With more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry with a focus on middle-market companies, both domestically and internationally, he ensures growth and achievement of their financial goals. Prior to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Mr. Andersen served as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager at Capital One, N.A.; Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at Santander Bank, N.A.; and First Vice President and Commercial Executive, NJ Corporate Banking at HSBC.  Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University and is an active member of the national networking group, Business Forums International (Newark Chapter).  He is also a proactive member of Our Lady of Magnificat Church in Kinnelon, New Jersey, serving in various ministry roles.
