Whereas QuadraMed’s shareholders will receive $8.50 per common share under the terms of the proposed transaction, that figure represents a small premium over the Company’s recent 52-week high on October 14, 2009, and at least one analyst has set a price target of $11 per QuadraMed common share, representing a significant potential discount to Francisco Partners.
