Reed's First Quarter Revenues Increase 28%

Reed's, Inc. (NASDAQ: REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in
natural food stores nationwide, today announced its net sales for
its first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2011.
Revenues for the first quarter of 2011 increased to $5.1 million
from $4.0 million in Q1 of 2010. The 28% increase was driven by an
over 30% increase in the volume of 12 oz branded soft drinks
shipped.
"This is our sixth quarter of double-digit revenue growth,"
stated Chris Reed, Founder and CEO of Reed's, Inc. "Our branded
products continue to drive growth in the first part of 2011. Soon
we will pass a major quality standard certification, SQF, that will
open more doors for our private label initiative. Private label is
still on track to be a strong driver of growth for us in 2011 with
more affect in the 3rd and 4th quarters. We are eagerly
anticipating a number of exciting new product launches of our
branded products. The Stevia sweetened Virgil's Zero line launched
last year continues to gain momentum. We expect continued strong
growth for the foreseeable future."
