(“RHI Entertainment” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:RHIE) pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s Initial Public Offering on or about June 19, 2008 (the “IPO”). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The Complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by, among other things, issuing a materially false and misleading Registration Statement and Prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) which failed to disclose material adverse information concerning RHI Entertainment’s business, prospects and financial condition, thereby artificially inflating the price of the Company’s securities.
