SB One Bancorp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.085

SB One Bancorp (Nasdaq: SBBX), the holding company for SB One Bank,
today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly
cash dividend of $0.085 per common share, which is payable on
August 27, 2019 to common shareholders of record as of the close of
business on August 13, 2019.
