Sharper Image and MerchSource Sign Licensing Partnership

Sharper Image Corporation (NASDAQ:SHRP) today announced that it has
signed a multi-year licensing agreement with MerchSource, LLC, a
leading supplier of consumer merchandise. This new agreement marks
the second license signed by Sharper Image�s Brand Licensing
Division. Under the agreement, MerchSource will offer Sharper Image
branded electronic and gift items. These products will be designed
specifically to meet the quality, excitement and innovation
attributes that are associated with The Sharper Image brand. The
first products will be available as early as fall 2007. John W.
Spotts, Senior Vice-President, Brand Licensing for Sharper Image,

have been a key product category for Sharper Image over the years

OfficeMax will license home office furniture and accessories under
