These shares of Class C Non-Voting Common Stock were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $148.99 to $149.27, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to Farmer Mac, any security holder of Farmer Mac, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information about the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.
