Brookfield Mortgage Opportunity Income Fund Inc. (NYSE:BOI) (the "Fund") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a monthly dividend of $0.1271 per share, payable on May 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on May 16, 2013. The ex-dividend date is May 14, 2013. Based on the initial public offering price of $20.00, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.626%.
