CommonWealth REIT (NYSE: CWH) today announced its regular quarterly common and preferred dividends as follows:

Common Dividends

A regular quarterly common dividend of $0.50 per Common Share will be paid with respect to the results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on July 11, 2011, and will be distributed on or about August 25, 2011.

Series C Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.4453 per Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share will be paid on or about August 15, 2011, to holders of record of Series C Preferred Shares at the close of business on August 1, 2011.

Series D Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.4063 per Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Share will be paid on or about August 15, 2011, to holders of record of Series D Preferred Shares at the close of business on August 1, 2011.

Series E Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.3726 per Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share will be paid on or about August 15, 2011, to holders of record of Series E Preferred Shares at the close of business on August 1, 2011. This is the first dividend on the Series E Preferred Shares since their issuance on June 1, 2011. Accordingly, this dividend relates to the period from the date of original issue (June 1, 2011) through August 15, 2011, which is for less than one full fiscal quarter.
