CHICAGO, Oct. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Commonwealth
(NYSE: EQC) announced today that it has terminated its external
management agreements with Reit Management & Research LLC
("RMR"). RMR has agreed to assist in the transition of EQC's
management and operations, if requested, through February 28, 2015.
As previously announced, CBRE Group, Inc. today assumed
day-to-day property management responsibilities for EQC's U.S.
properties.
