Mountain Valley Pipeline

 

On June 3, 2023, Equitrans Midstream Corporation issued a news release following the President of the United States signing legislation that raises the Nation's debt limit and contains requirements providing for the Mountain Valley Pipeline project to proceed. A copy of the news release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
