Foundation Building Materials, Inc. (“FBM” or the “Company”) (NYSE:FBM), one of the largest specialty distributors of wallboard, suspended ceiling systems and mechanical insulation in North America, announced today that it has acquired Ciesco, Inc. and Commercial Specialty Supply LLC (collectively, “Ciesco”).
