FCH Felcor Lodging Trust Incorporated (delisted)

IRVING, Texas, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE:FCH), one of the nation's largest hotel real estate investment trusts (REITs), today announced it has reinstated the payment of a common dividend, beginning in the fourth quarter. FelCor will pay $0.15 per share on its Common Stock to shareholders of record on November 15, 2005. The fourth quarter dividend will be payable on December 1, 2005. "We are pleased to again be paying a quarterly common dividend, for the first time since fourth quarter 2002. We are optimistic about the future, based upon continued improvements in our operating results," said Richard A. Smith, FelCor's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Future dividends will be determined by FelCor's board of directors, based primarily upon the Company's expected annual cash flow from operations, in excess of approximately five percent of total revenues for maintenance capital.
