FCH Felcor Lodging Trust Incorporated (delisted)

IRVING, Texas, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE:FCH), one of the nation's largest hotel real estate investment trusts (REITs), today announced its fourth quarter preferred dividends. FelCor will pay a dividend of $0.4875 per share on its $1.95 Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock (CUSIP No. 31430F 20 0) and $0.50 per depositary share evidencing its 8% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (CUSIP No. 31430F 50 7). The fourth quarter preferred dividends will each be payable on January 31, 2006, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2005. On October 31, 2005, FelCor announced the reinstatement of the payment of a common dividend. It paid $0.15 per share on its Common Stock on December 1, 2005, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2005.
