Fleetwood RV Announces Appointments of Key Management to Drive Continued Growth and Market Leadership Former Goodyear GM Dan Martin Appointed Vice President of Sales; John Davis Becomes Vice President of After Sales Services; Luc Van Herle Promoted to Director of Product Planning RIVERSIDE, Calif., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fleetwood RV today announced several key management appointments and promotions. Dan Martin was appointed Vice President of RV Sales and Service; John Davis was appointed to the newly created position of Vice President of RV After Sales Services; and Luc Van Herle was promoted to Director of Product Planning. Dan Martin will have overall responsibility for Fleetwood's RV sales and service organizations. Prior to joining Fleetwood, Martin served as a general sales manager for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he successfully managed and closed major deals with Volvo, Fleetwood and GE. Prior to that, he was with PACCAR for over 23 years, beginning his career as a Material Handling Supervisor and working his way up to Director of U.S. Sales where he had sales responsibility for a $2.5 billion dollar business. Previous to joining Fleetwood, Davis spent 24 years at PACCAR in various sales and marketing positions where he was responsible for dealer and strategy development in North American and international aftermarket service and parts markets. Most recently, Davis consulted on various international and domestic aftermarket strategy assignments. "John's tremendous depth of knowledge in the OEM business will be integral in expanding our aftermarket services to our dealers and their retail customers and successfully growing our program nationwide." In addition, Luc Van Herle was promoted to Director of Product Planning. In his newly expanded role, Van Herle will oversee product planning for Fleetwood's towable and motorized products. Prior to his new role, Van Herle was the Product Planning Manager for Fleetwood's motorized products, and previously had been an Account Development Manager and Product Sales Specialist.
