Fleetwood RV Launches New 2005 Revolution Liberty Edition Models Fleetwood's Liberty Chassis and Caterpillar C9 Engine Provide Solid Foundation for Innovative New Floor Plans RIVERSIDE, Calif., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fleetwood RV, a leading producer of recreational vehicles, today revealed the 2005 Revolution LE diesel pusher motor home with a quadruple-slide floor plan at the 42nd Annual National RVIA tradeshow in Louisville, KY, November 30 -- December 2, 2004. The 2005 Revolution LE features a 400-horsepower Caterpillar C9 engine and the patent-pending Liberty Chassis, formerly only available on the Fleetwood's American Coach family of high-end diesel motor homes. This combination provides a 34,000 lb. gross vehicle weight rating to allow over 4,000 lb. payload capacity and an additional 15,000 lb. towing capacity. The Revolution LE 40L model features Fleetwood's SpacePlus(TM) environment, highlighted by 84" floor-to-ceiling interior height, two large slide-out rooms in the front living area and two additional slide-outs in the expansive master bedroom suite. Abundant interior storage was integrated into a spacious linen compartment, large rear-wall wardrobe closet and versatile pantry cabinet in the galley. The 40L model features dual pass-through basement storage with side-hinging compartment bay doors to provide maximum accessibility when slide-outs are deployed. With the addition of the new quadruple-slide model, the Revolution LE is now available in four floor plans, including a triple-slide with a mid-ship bathroom for guests and a full-bath in the master bedroom suite for added privacy.
