Valero Energy Corp. (VLO) is expected to complete repairs in
mid-April on a key gasoline-making unit at its Quebec City
refinery, a company spokesman said Wednesday.
Total SA (TOT) restored normal procedures at its Port Arthur,
Texas, refinery after receiving a bomb threat early Wednesday
morning, according to a company spokeswoman.
