NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BRASILAGRO – COMPANHIA BRASILEIRA DE PROPRIEDADES AGRÍCOLAS (“ BrasilAgro ” or “ Company ”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in compliance with CVM Rule 481 of December 17, 2009, as amended, on this date, it re-submitted the Company’s Management Proposal, originally submitted on October 2, 2013, referring to the Annual and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called for October 29, 2013, due to changes in items 1.2 and 1.3 of said Proposal.

The Company further informs that the Management Proposal is available on the websites of BrasilAgro (http://www.brasil-agro.com), CVM (http://www.cvm.gov.br) and BM&FBOVESPA (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br).
