MGM MIRAGE Receives First Annual TAMACC Chairman's Award LAS VEGAS, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MGM MIRAGE, a leader in corporate diversity initiatives is one of two companies selected to receive the first annual Chairman's Minority Procurement Award from the Texas Association of Mexican-American Chambers of Commerce (TAMACC). The award was presented at TAMACC's Chairman's Banquet on Saturday, July 30th in Houston. "MGM MIRAGE has been selected for its exceptional efforts, its outstanding 'want to help' attitude, and for the extra steps everyone is willing to go," said Joe Lopez, TAMACC chairman of the board.
