MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) one of the 100 IT organizations that have
implemented and integrated technologies in innovative ways in
pursuit of concrete business goals. The InfoWorld 100 Awards
recognized the MGM MIRAGE for centralizing the management and
governance of its 100,000-plus IT assets and services using the
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®)
best-practices framework on a backbone of CA Enterprise IT
Management solutions implemented by CA Services.

incidents reported per week, before they impact guests. The MGM
MIRAGE also deployed CA's Project & Portfolio Management
solution to prioritize and deliver IT projects that best align with
its business objectives.
In particular, CA's solutions have reduced downtime on the
business applications that underpin the MGM MIRAGE's guest
services, as well as other services. They also have helped the MGM
MIRAGE track its capital expenditure on new assets and projects,
allowing the company to make better investment decisions, and
ensure that the projects associated with these investments are
completed on time.
