MGM Postpones Annual Meeting of Stockholders From May 12, 2004 to June 29, 2004 LOS ANGELES, May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. announced today that it is postponing its Annual Meeting of Stockholders from May 12, 2004, to June 29, 2004. The record date for the rescheduled Annual Meeting is May 17, 2004. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2004 will be entitled to vote at the meeting or by proxy and will receive new proxy materials containing the exact time and location of the meeting.
