NFP announced on April 15, 2013
that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a controlled
affiliate of Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, under which such
controlled affiliate will acquire NFP. In light of this
event, NFP will not host a conference call to discuss first quarter
results.
