Jones Lang boasts a wide array of real estate products and services, and an extensive knowledge of domestic and international real estate markets, enabling it to operate as a single-source provider of real estate solutions. Jones Lang aims to achieve cost savings and flexibility through program management, healthcare finance, medical building construction and other real estate transaction management services.

On the other hand, Pacific Medical specializes in the development and management of healthcare and outpatient facilities. Along with its development expertise, Pacific Medical has considerable financing experience securing healthcare projects worth more than $1.0 billion. The company’s recent partnership with Nationwide Health Properties (NHP) provides ready access to capital as it has a market capitalization of $5.5 billion. This venture is uniquely positioned to offer developing expertise, financing expertise, execution capabilities and capital solutions to the health care organization.

The real estate and operational needs of health care organizations are growing in size and complexity.  Jones Lang's alliance with a nationally recognized medical office building developer is expected to provide vital real estate expertise and offer alternate sources of capital for expansion and cater to the needs of their clients.
