Rayonier (NYSE:RYN) announced today tax reporting information for its 2007 cash dividends which consisted of $1.94 per share. The dividends were paid quarterly as follows: $0.47 on March 30, 2007; $0.47 on June 29, 2007; $0.50 on September 28, 2007; and $0.50 on December 31, 2007. For 2007, the company said that 100 percent of the dividends are classified as Capital Gain Distribution, taxed at a maximum rate of 15 percent.
